Telebank is a fast and easy way to access your accounts 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week from any touch-tone telephone.
Telebank allows instant access to:
- Checking, Savings, Certificates of Deposit, Individual
Retirement Account (IRA) and Loan account balances.
- Date and amount of last deposit.
- The most recent transactions posted to your account including
date posted, amount and check number.
- Electronic deposits and withdrawals presented for payment to
your account, including Debit Card transactions.
Telebank also allows you to:
- Inquire if a particular check has cleared.
- Transfer funds between checking and savings accounts.
- Make a payment to your Gladewater National Bank loan account.
Using Telebank is easy! Simply call the telephone number listed below
and select the option for setting up your personal identification number
(PIN) that will access all of your accounts. For joint accounts, the
primary account holder’s social security number will be linked to the
account. Once you have selected your (PIN) you can begin using the
system. If you forget your PIN, they system will lock you out after
three unsuccessful attempts. Please contact a customer service
representative if you get locked out or need any assistance using the
system.
